Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 6 hours before your scheduled time. You can manage your booking directly online through your confirmation email or by logging into your account. We kindly ask that you respect this policy so we can offer your slot to another client. Late bookings are allowed up to 1 hour and 20 minutes before the appointment start time. No-show cancellations will incur a 100% of the selected service fee.
